Continental Real Estate Services is a small company of approximately 55 employees. Our entire management team, including the company President, is female. We believe that ethnic, cultural and gender diversity in our workplace has a very positive impact on our company culture. We encourage our team to embrace our differences. We support participation in a wide variety of local charitable organizations through volunteering and monetary donations. We often choose organizations that assist women or disabled individuals. At CRES, we recognize that each person brings a unique perspective to the table based on their life experiences and background and this helps to drive our business. Continental Real Estate Services is an active member of the American Mortgage Diversity Council (AMDC) and we currently serve on the Mortgage Banking Relations and Education & Training Subcommittees. We recently co-presented a webinar on “The Business Case for Diversity,” and we have written articles on Diversity & Inclusion for DSNews and the AMDC’s Diversity Briefing.
