President
Exclusively handling REO services for over 20 years, Kearns has learned how to solve customer’s most challenging concerns. She is an industry expert who speaks at conferences, writes best practice manuals, helps national banks develop REO services, and is on-call for CRES clients.
Katie Van Hook
Business Development Manager
Having worked with refinance, asset portfolio management, HUD signings, and REO closings on the West Coast, Van Hook has brought a wealth of experience to CRES over the last 10 years. She helps clients to see what is possible and staff to know how to get it done nationwide.
